Enabling or Disabling the RTP JavaScript Tag enabling-or-disabling-the-rtp-javascript-tag

The RTP JavaScript tag controls whether or not Web Personalization tracks web activity or runs campaigns or content recommendations on your website.

NOTE
It’s not necessary to remove the tag from your html code on your website. Control it through Account Settings.

Enable or Disable the Tag enable-or-disable-the-tag

  1. Go to Account Settings.

  2. In Domain and Domain Configuration, under Tag, select Off to disable the JavaScript tag.

    When the Tag is set to Off, the Javascript code is disabled and Web Personalization won’t track any web activity or run any campaigns or content recommendations on your website.

  3. To enable the RTP tag, in Domain and Domain Configuration, under Tag, select the On toggle.

    Easy.
