To see your email performance stats grouped by smart campaign, run a Campaign Email Performance report.
1. Create a report and select the Campaign Email Performance report type.
2. Set the time frame of your report and click the Report tab.
3. Now explore the report to see how each email in your campaigns performed.
Click the name of an email to open it in the Email Previewer.
|Hard Bounced||Email was rejected because of a permanent condition, such as nonexistent email address.|
|Soft Bounced||Email was rejected because of a temporary condition, such as a server being down or a full inbox.|
|Pending||Email is still in the process of being delivered.|
|Clicked Link||Number of email recipients who clicked a link in the email.|
|Unsubscribed||Number of email recipients who clicked the Unsubscribe link in the email and filled out the form.|
In general, we try to use common sense to record these statistics. For example, if someone clicked a link in an email, they obviously opened it first. For the specific rules we follow, see the Email Performance Report.
