If you have properly installed the .NET add-in and you do not see ToutApp options appearing in Outlook, you may need to enable the add-in. You can also use these steps to disable it if you ever need to.
This is our old add-in. If you already have it installed, it will continue to work until 2020. If you are a new user, please install our new Office 365 add-in.
1. Click File from the upper-left of your Outlook window.
2. Choose Options.
3. Click Add-ins.
4. Look to see if ToutApp is included in the list.
5. Where it says Manage: COM add-ins, click Go.
6. Find ToutApp in the list and make sure there is a checkmark in the box next to the line item. If there isn't, check it.
7. Click OK to confirm.
Outlook will attempt to load up the .NET add-in and initialize the functionality. If successful, you should see the ToutApp menu item appear in the top menu of your Outlook inbox. If you do not see "ToutApp" appear in Outlook, try restarting Outlook.
