If your Outlook keeps crashing, try these troubleshooting steps.
This is our old add-in. If you already have it installed, it will continue to work until 2020. If you are a new user, please install our new Office 365 add-in.
Check for Updates: Click ToutApp in the main header of your Outlook instance and click Check for Updates. If available, you'll be run through the update process. Once you've checked for updates, close Outlook and re-open.
Re-install Sales Engage within your Outlook: Click ToutApp in the main header of your Outlook instance, click Options > Reinstall, and we will walk you through the reinstall process.
Send Diagnostic Logs: Click ToutApp in the main header of your Outlook instance, click Settings and Send Diagnostics. This will help us troubleshoot your Outlook instance more effectively.
Additional known conflicts with Outlook:
We're optimized to run in Outlook 2007-2013 with Windows 7 and higher. Any other versions may cause conflicts with our plugin.
If you're using a VPN or proxy, we've observed some rare conflicts with these and would need to speak with your IT department to resolve. You can try loading ToutApp off your corporate network to verify that that's the issue.
