Step 1: Create an Email
Go to the Marketing Activities area.
Select My Program in the left menu and then New and New Local Asset.
Name your email "Auto Response," choose the Curved Paper template, and click Create.
You should have the Curved Paper template, but if you don't see it just pick another and keep on.
An email editor will open in a new window or tab.
Double-click the subject field and enter a subject, then double click the body of the email.
A rich text editor will open on top of the email editor.
Highlight the existing email content.
Type your email content
Click Copy from HTML in the Text section and click SAVE.
Click Copy from HTML to copy the HTML email content on the left to the plain text email content on the right. Images, links, and formatting are removed.
